All artists on PiggyGallery are minors. Buyer confidentiality:
- Protects children from external pressure or influence
- Preserves the integrity of the creative process
- Maintains healthy boundaries between buyers and young artists
- Ensures children can create freely without expectations from purchasers
Buyer Obligations
By making a purchase on PiggyGallery, you agree to the following:
- No Contact: Do not contact, attempt to contact, or communicate with the artist or any member of the artist's household regarding your purchase
- No Influence: Do not attempt to influence the artist's creative work, suggest commissions, or make requests for future artwork
- No Price Discussion: Do not discuss the purchase price with the artist or their family
- Social Media Discretion: If sharing artwork on social media, do not tag, mention, or otherwise identify the artist or their family
How We Protect Confidentiality
PiggyGallery enforces confidentiality through several measures:
- Buyer names and identifying details are never shared with artists or their families
- All shipments are processed through our mail processing partner
- Artists only see that a sale occurred, not who purchased their work
Violations
Violation of this confidentiality policy may result in:
- Cancellation of current and future orders
- Permanent ban from the platform
- Additional action as necessary to protect the artist
